Expand Description of tasks are you ready to start your social work career with the state of New York? The New York Central Psychiatric Center is recruiting a licensed social worker (LCSW) to provide social labor services to individuals with mental illness. Candidates from abroad or within the state service may apply.As an LCSW at the New York Central Psychiatric Center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team independently by providing social labor services including:
- Emotional diagnostics and behavioral disorders
- Providing psychotherapy
- Biopsychosocial Behavioral Assessments
- Development of Value -based treatment plans
Minimum Qualifications Candidates from Foreign Service or within the State may be considered for renting under the employment for urgent restriction – the program across the country (NY Hels) if they are licensed and are currently registered as a social worker in New York.OR
Candidates within the state service may be considered transferring to a competitive class position if they have a year of competitive permanent service or 55-b/55-c in a selection of transfer title under Article 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.Additional comments to all OMH employees I assume gender benefit package including:

This position is in the satellite unit of the Psychiatric Center of the New York Central Psychiatric Center located at the base of five points in the correctional facility in the Senica County.Notes:
