Job Description

This role focuses on promoting financial solutions tailored for women to meet set outreach goals, including bank accounts and SME/Agri loans. Engage in community events like women entrepreneur exhibitions to boost the bank’s visibility. Deliver financial literacy workshops where cash payments are involved. Stay updated on product details across all segments, including liabilities and assets. Ensure compliance with the bank’s equality policy in your assigned region. Work closely with local branches via virtual or in-person visits to enhance women’s business opportunities, including lending. Support the promotion of products aimed at increasing female financial inclusion. Identify and participate in trade fairs and roadshows featuring influential women leaders. Partner with local women’s commerce groups, educational institutions, and industries for financial training and account mobilization. Help organize internal sessions on gender awareness and product expertise. Track and analyze region-specific performance data against targets. Represent the equality initiative actively at the regional level.
