Maintain a balanced CASA and TD portfolio mix. Secure cost-effective deposits to boost retail growth across multiple accounts. Foster strong ties with key clients for long-term business success. Align goals with bank policies, coordinating with branch teams. Ensure daily deposit mobilization and new account openings. Address client issues with support from managers. Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Analyze competitor activities to retain clients. Deliver top-notch service to enhance business reputation. Handle complaints swiftly and professionally. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently.
