Responsibilities include creating and upholding detailed integrity and compliance policies, launching and promoting compliance programs, verifying effective compliance operations, performing risk evaluations and due diligence, offering training and guidance to all staff on ethical standards and regulations, enhancing compliance monitoring through updated frameworks, leading the compliance team with recruitment and performance oversight, reporting to leadership and regulators, advising on compliance and ethical issues, managing digital workflows and automation projects, conducting branch visits to reinforce ethical culture, serving as a contact during audits and reviews, and collaborating with group compliance officers on periodic tasks.
