This full-time role involves contacting clients via phone, email, or visits to remind them of overdue amounts, negotiating repayment plans or settlements per company policies, maintaining accurate records of collection efforts, monitoring accounts for potential defaulters, resolving billing disputes, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports, escalating unresolved cases to the legal team, educating clients on repayment policies, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
