The community ambassador is responsible for creating and running the living atmosphere of the community and enhancing the pleasure and keeping residents with the community. This will be accomplished through programming. In addition to creating a community environment, community ambassadors serve as role models for residents, as students and residents. Exposes strong commitment to the service needs of internal and external clients. Represents the company in a professional and polite way.fromEssential work functions:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the community enrichment program, meetings in the area and events that all support the learning environment of the student living. These include social programs, as well as lawsuits that have been coordinated with other staff to achieve community goals.
  • Participate in marketing and renting efforts to meet the goals of weekly and monthly renting.
  • Cover office rotation shifts during the day posted and working hours, including nights and weekends. Tasks include shifts, rent responsibility, telephone contacts, customer service and general office work.
  • Cover the Ambassador of the Rotary Community (calling) in shifts, after hours and weekends. Tasks include the property tour, the treatment of jams, the response to noise complaints, and the response to emergency situations.
  • Served as a source for residents regarding the services provided by B.Hom Student Living, the surrounding community, and local colleges and university, as well as other community issues, conflict resolution and crisis management. from
  • Interact with potential residents by giving tournaments, discussing the benefits of living on property, distributing material marketing and following apartment fires.
  • Served as a role model and represents student B.homâ who lives in a positive way.
  • Help the general manager and residents during all periods of movement and movement.

fromWork Qualifications:

  • When required by law, there must be a state licensing license or the ability to obtain the license (s) required within the time limit mandated by the law of the state.
