Job Description: SecureBank Solutions, a leading entity in the banking sector, is seeking a Cybersecurity Assessment Specialist with 2-5 years of experience for its head office. Responsibilities include performing routine vulnerability scans on networks, systems, and applications, analyzing scan outcomes to prioritize vulnerabilities and creating reports with actionable solutions, planning and executing penetration testing for internal, external, web, and mobile applications, documenting and sharing VAPT assessment findings with technical details, impact, and suggestions, partnering with the SOC team for Red and Purple team exercises, and coordinating with internal groups for ongoing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of application and infrastructure change requests. Requires critical thinking to evaluate complex systems, strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences, staying updated on emerging threats and tools, deep knowledge of network, system, and application security, technical IT infrastructure expertise, and proficiency with VAPT tools like Nessus, Qualys, and Burp Suite. A Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences, IT, or Information Security is required, with preference for candidates holding relevant certifications.
