Expand Bayadada Home Health Care is looking for a reference receipt coordinator to join our Customer Care Center team. This is a job-from the open home.Remote Intake’s associate is a critical role to promote the company’s success to help more patients receive our high care in the comfort of their homes. You are the face of the company, responsible for receiving and processing new referrals sent by various hospitals, physicists and medical professionals for Bayada to provide care for those patients. We offer all training to approve for the best customer service, equipment and tools and technology of entry to renew our customers can receive the best possible care quickly.Remote Intake’s associate is a great opportunity with Bayada to learn about the company and industry. Successful candidates in this work often move to different parts of Bayada, from shared services to management operations in local braches. You will also get to work with an amazing team of 50+ members and build sustainable friendships over time. • There must be flexibility to work at (5) eight (8) days hours, or four (4) ten hours (10) hours, to include 1 day weekend every week, as assigned
• Bayada invests a lot in training you and your success. Training hours are usually Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, for the first two months from the start date, until you are ready to spend the permanent schedule.

• Salary base: $ 20.67 per hour
• Monthly bonus up to $ 250 based on key performance indicators (selected after 6 months in role)

responsibilityThe reference associate facilitates the coordination of references and communications for the Bayada Service offices. Tasks will include the following:

• Relevant, document and process input references
• Make sure all the references are complete, accurate and complete
• Follow with our branches to review the responses in time to reference sources
• Fun as a facilitator among issues managers, customer service managers, clinical nurses managers and field nurses
• Communicate payer information on our internal insurance verification team
• Provide excellent customer service at any time

Qualifications

• College rank

• Experience of 2-3 years in health care, receipt or contact center can be accepted instead of scale
• 1 year of work experience (to include practice), required.
• Get success in a health care environment, contact center and/or experience after you have worked/learned Remaley, required.
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple systems in a quick contact center environment
• Extraordinary organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to details and ability to work speed and accuracy.
