Job Description: Mobilink Bank is seeking a Lead Internal Audit Oversight Expert to manage the internal quality assurance and improvement program (QAIP) within the Internal Audit department, aligning with global audit standards and supporting strategic goals. This role serves as a primary advisor to the Chief Internal Auditor, ensuring the department’s effectiveness and readiness for external reviews while preparing for senior leadership. Responsibilities include designing and leading a comprehensive QAIP, conducting regular internal assessments, preparing for external evaluations, refining audit methods with analytics and automation, mentoring staff, leading strategic projects, presenting findings to leadership and the Audit Committee, tracking remediation efforts, building succession plans, and maintaining strong ties with stakeholders including the Board and external auditors.
